Originally an old taxi Garage in the heart of Carlton precinct, the client had a specific request to refurbish this tired double story building into something spectacular. The existing Ground floor garage was converted into a new age real estate agent tenancy with floor to ceiling windows, exposed concrete flooring with reception and amenities. Structurally all windows were required to be cut into the existing triple brick façade to create an open and modern feel throughout.
